In every one of these rooms we do the following:

• TVs wiped down, front, sides and back

• Pictures dusted and wiped
• Blinds, ceiling fans, furniture and knick-knacks dusted
• Lamps dusted, including bulbs and shades
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Each bathroom gets a full clean and sanitize:

• Shower and tub floors and walls sanitized
• Floors sanitized by hand

Yes. We clean the inside and outside of all appliances on every visit, including ovens. We clean the inside of refrigerators and freezers on request, so please tell us at each visit.

Yes. We use cleaning products made for stone and wood floors, including marble, travertine, granite, limestone and slate, so your floors hold up for years. Trained staff choose the right product for every surface.

We use over-the-counter cleaning products. There is no special luxury cleaning product, so what matters is using the right one on each surface. Our staff is trained on that, and a supervisor is always present to make sure of it. Our rule for every employee is simple: if in doubt, ask.

Yes, if you want us to. We lightly dust paintings and sculptures, either the whole piece or only the frame. Some clients prefer that we leave their art alone. We follow your wishes every time.

Yes, when you ask. We clean outdoor living areas at the client's request, so tell us what you need.

We focus on large and high-end homes. Many are around 2,500 square feet, and some are estates of 20,000 square feet and larger. Smaller homes are welcome too.

Yes. We clean mansions, which we call estate homes, in Henderson, Las Vegas and Summerlin. Our estate clients' homes have been 20,000 square feet and larger. Because the whole crew works at the same time, we can finish an estate in as little as a few hours.

We bill by the hour for a crew of ten. After the first hour, we bill in 15 minute increments, so you pay for the time your home needs. Send us your home size and we will quote the hourly rate.

A good way to judge is to look at what the price covers. With TLC, it covers ten trained employees, all supplies, a supervisor on site, and workers' compensation and liability insurance that protects you as the homeowner.

Expect a deep clean from top to bottom on every visit. Our cleaners touch everything in your home each time unless you tell us not to. Most visits last between one and three hours, depending on the size of the home.

Yes. Every member of our crew is an employee of TLC Cleaning Company, LLC, and each one is fully background checked.

Yes. Everyone who works for us is an employee, and we carry workers' compensation insurance along with liability insurance. That protects you as the homeowner.

No. We are a house cleaning company, not a maid service. Our visits last one to three hours, so we do not do laundry.
